Purchases are only returnable within 30-days of delivery. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition including: packaging, manuals, accessories, security seals, etc. Apparel must be unworn and unlaundered new condition. If exchanging an item for one of a different size, please be sure to write the replacement size down on the return receipt to enable us to ship you the new size.

Shipping Damage or Lost Shipments: if your parcel is damaged upon receipt, please call Customer Service immediately so that we can ship a replacement. Should you not receive your purchase within the expected time frame, please contact Customer Service so it can be tracked. We'll handle any claim with the carrier. To Return an Item: For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer pays the costs related to return shipping unless we have made a mistake in the shipment or an item is defective. After receiving the return, please allow 5 days for processing at our return center. We will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee or re-ship your requested exchange item.

Clearance Items: All sales of Clearance Items are final. Clearance items may not be returned for any reason.

Items Purchased with a Free Shipping Promotion: Please be aware that any items purchased using a free shipping promotion will have the cost of shipping deducted from any returns for refund and will also be charged full shipping on any exchanges.
